Dishonest and very poor customer service.

Bought a car from the owner, Ahmed Hussain in June of last year (2014). Apparently in perfect working order, engine and gearbox guaranteed. Problems immediately arose and spent £800 getting these rectified. In addition there was a serious oil leak and engine kept stalling and difficult to start. Returned to garage to have these rectified. 9 months later, after a multitude of lies (he admitted this) and excuses, I returned to collect the car last week, having been repeatedly reassured that the problems were now resolved. Got in car to test drive it, it wouldn't start then stalled immediately, still in the garage! Couldn't bear the thought of leaving the car with him again so drove it home anyway. Guess what? Oil leak is now worse than before. This man is a serial liar and utterly useless in terms of his mechanic's ability and his business's treatment of it's customers. I'm seeking legal advice about this. Obviously, I would not recommend any aspect of his or his company's services to anyone. You have been warned!
