just a quick one first time iv used yodel and they dont know how to buz a buzzer! days i have been waiting for my parcel i had a look on the tracking thing and its saying no access to property i spoke to them on that instant chat and she said she will put a note on telling the driver to buz the door number!!! is that not common sense they have been trying since the 27th i generally cant get over its taken them 3 days and someone to tell them to buz i could understand if i lived in a gated property or i wasn't answering the buzzer. but i dont... unbelievable.

I would like to share my experience from 2 years ago. I had ordered a couple of DVD's from amazon and they chose to use yodel as the courier. at first I thought It was a bit odd as normally they would use royal mail but shrugged my shoulders and let them do it. I'm quite a patient person so when a week over the delivery date passed I decided to get in touch, after days of phoning and mailing I finally got a hold of someone who then put me through to the driver. he told me that he lived just a 20min walk away from me and said that I had to come and get it from him before he goes to work in the morning. the nerve of this guy to shirk his delivery duties and tell me to pick it up myself. I know it's only a 20min walk that's not the point it's your damn job to deliver me my goods. I have another parcel that should come today via Yodel (not my choice) it's coming to my place of work and as it is something I expect it to arrive within company hours. well it's 16:30 right now so another 45 minutes and he will officially be late I hope he's not going to tell me to go to Northampton or wherever to collect it before he goes on his rounds tomorrow

Simply just don't ever and I mean ever use them you will be all alone. Absolutely no help from yodel to find what happened to my parcel or where it is all the tracking status are false. They put me through hell. I want to give them punch NOT A STAR

I would not even give them 1 star they are that bad. Paid £20 to send parcel to Africa. Been waiting a week for collection. Unable to contact them. DO NOT USE YODEL

I contacted yodel online to say i wouldnt be in and they said they they would leave the parcel with my neighbour, also a man called terence gave me a phone number for the courier just to make me feel at ease. as it was in chat he put the number up and i screen shoted quickly which was lucky as he closed the conversation pretty much straight the way. when i got off the chat i tried to call the curier and as i was inputting the number i realised what he had done. he had given me the number 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 7 9. obviously i thought it wouldnt work but tried anyway and obviously it didnt exist. not only that they also havent left the parcel with my neihbour and have put online that i have missed delievery. outrageous. Im glad i have the screen shot, i will be contacting watch dog

Absolutely disgusting so called delivery 3 times, I have not left the house! I have received 2 parcels from parcel force during this time with no problem. If they couldn't deliver why no cards left??? Unable to contact them absolute crap service and company!!! Will not use any company that uses their services

Customer service at yodel is awful. Automated system which is no help at all. Will never use this company again. Surprised stores such as topshop still do! Visited tracking site where it states that my parcel is delivered 'to customer' but no delivery made at all!! Stay away from Yodel.

Complaint to YODEL – 24-11-2014 regarding Amazon Order. I am disabled but happened to be coming down the stairs when there was very loud banging on the glass of my front door! I opened it and said quite pleasantly to the man standing at the door, who had his face down as he was using his device, that it was fortunate I heard the door as - I wanted to say I would not have heard it at the back of the house but he interrupted me! I then tried to request, quite politely, if he could ring the bell, and before I could finish, he said he doesn't ring bells and that is all I am going to get! I had wanted to explain that the bell is also connected to the back of the house, so I can hear it wherever I am. It was at this point I saw his face and recognised him from a previous "bad" delivery received on 17th December 2013. I signed his device and quietly said that I had been told he would no longer be delivering to me - again he interrupted me and stated that I was being "rude and trying to get him the sack"! I was not rude at any point, nor was I trying to get him sacked! He then snatched the device from me and then said he wasn't going to let me have my goods, even though I had signed for them, then said he was taking the goods with him and he would get them sent back and that he wasn’t going to let me have them, even though I had signed for them!!! The memories of the previous bad experiences I have had with this courier came flooding back and I was left feeling shocked and very distressed! This is no way any customer should be treated and I feel very let down by this company as I had been reassured on a previous occasion when I spoke to their customer services, that this man would never again be allowed to deliver to my address, yet here we are, a year down the line and he is delivering to me again! I tried to telephone Yodel but found this impossible as their automated system does not give customers the option of speaking to anyone, neither do they cover the problem experienced. I have to wonder if this is because they do not want customers to ring up and complain about their couriers! The way I have been treated is absolutely despicable and no one deserves to be treated the way this man has treated me! Anyone else working for another company would get the sack, and deservedly so! The least I expected was an apology and reassurance that this man will not be allowed to deliver to my property ever again! So far I have not received a reply to my email or letter sent to their HO! I checked the tracking number a short time later and it stated that I refused the delivery, which I certainly did not! If I had refused the goods, why would I have signed for them? This matter just gets worse by the minute! I am absolutely disgusted with the way their couriers are allowed to treat people they deliver to! Incidentally, the courier's name was Shaun and he delivers in the Northampton NN4 area.

Rubbish!!!! Never received such bad service. Cant get over their lack of customer service. Add up all the feedbacks on here and the none pick up of parcels, think how much money YODEL is steeling from its customers. Should be a police investigation

terrible service I will never use them again all you had to do is park outside walk up the path and ring the doorbell not put Delivery attempted, no access to property on your website, day two never turned up BE WARNED TERRIBLE SERVICE

terrible service!!!! I paid extra to have next day delivery from Topshop and thought I would use my work as the delivery...being a large school! Apparently it was returned as couldn't find the school and said they left a calling card!!! When calling to find out what has happened the automated service could not understand my number I was giving clearly and their website was down!!! Awful service!

Claimed to have attempted delivery last Friday just before 10.00am. We were in, but no delivery or card from Yodel giving more instructions. Tracking claims parcel is at Northampton depot marked as "delivered" when I try tracking data. Unable to make contact. May be cheap, but customer service is crap! Avoid! Avoid!

Said they deliver my item three days in a row I was in for two of these days did not receive one card but said they left three now I item I at the depo which I have to pick up it is over 30 miles from me I will not pick up or buy anything from anyone who use this company agin (avoid)

They have moved! Not at 11 Kilvey rd Not that phone number either They are hiding their new address due to awful publicity DHL are not 11 kilvey road either, they are Crow lane still as of 17/10/2014 Collect plus is a part of them as is parcel 2 go. Use them if you want BAD or NON-EXISTING service and are prepared to whinge a lot whan they screw up BIG TIME.

after 3 incomplete cards were posted through my front door Yodel sent my item back. I wasn't able to use the tracking to arrange redelivery and the only email I received stated the parcel would be delivered the following day but nothing came. I could cry.
