Karate : Classes for adults and children (Lil Dragons) . Black belt 8th dan tuition All Instructors fully qualified and CRB checked. Boxercise fitness classes. With a training facility equipped with the latest high tech training equipment we are committed to offering the best possible tuition. We are actively involved with the Change4Life programme

Any Specialist Products or Services?

Ll Dragon Classes (4 to 6yrs) every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (4 to 5pm). Just choose the day best for you. Karate, Juniors every Tuesday 7 to 8.30pm and Saturday 10 to 11.30am. Karate, Seniors and Families every Thursday 7 to 8.30pm. Boxercise every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7 to 8pm and Sunday morning 11 to 12pm (lunchtime). Child Protection plan in place. Instructors CRB checked. We support the NSPCC and are actively engaged with the 'Change4Life' programme
