Just to give an update i am glad and proud to say without being big headed that my business is getting stronger and busier by the week due to my continued customer satisfaction with my customers passing my details to others and giving me the best form of advertising via word of mouth and if i continue with this success will be looking to expand within the next year.

Hi to all, as im writing this another large main dealer group has gone into administration with a large number of garages through out the east midlands and down to Essex, Why is this i wonder, well im sure there are lots of reasons including the recession that all make factors to it, but i sometimes think that maybe they could be stronger, I once worked for this company and first hand saw how you the customers got treated, Firstly there is the expensive Labour rate of more than £80 per hour, then theres the poor communication and understanding from poorly skilled reception staff and what makes it worse is the way that you the customer is treated as just a number with no personal touch and not being really listened too.
