• Staff very well trained

  I’m an Italian lady who lives in Collingtree Park for the last 9 years with my husband, daughters and soon. I’m so happy to have Casa Mia at my house and against what I saw on the other review all staff of Casamia are happy workers and I really don’t think the way they speak Italian they are not Italians or not come from a European country. In this case I’m sure the one wrote the review never used those cleaners and doesn’t know what missing because my house looks gorgeous every time they are here. I’m a weekly client now and I have they on 5 days per week I only wish Casamia can supply a gardeners services.

• Completely happy !

  I'm an Italian lady living in Collingtree Park for long time, I had so many experience with cleaning companies but agains what I saw on the one of the review all staff of Casa Mia are very happy and well trainned, they did a beautiful job in my house the one I didnt receive for long time. Some of the staff are English and other are European and in this case I never think about put my self in trouble but with this cleaning company I'm very happy. I wish they have gardeners services to supply. I'm a client for years from now on.

• Fraudulent company

  They operate in the Northampton area, with 4 cleaners. At least one of them is an illegal immigrant, none of them is allowed to pay for their taxes and National Insurance contributions, all of them work at least 16 hours a day without being allowed a single break for meals or just to rest a bit. I would also like to focus that none of these workers has insurance, whether it is a health insurance (which makes you, the costumer, liable for any injuries that the worker might sustain), or an insurance regarding any accidental damage made to the costumer’s property (which means that they have to pay themselves for any accidental damage). This represents, not only a gross misconduct but also a profound lack of moral fibre that in nothing benefits anyone besides the people behind this company. I thought I should bring this to your attention, as it is my firm belief that is not a situation you would like to see yourself attached to.

• Outstanding Home Cleaning Service

  I must say that I had reservations as to whether a cleaning service that also deals with large company cleaning contracts would give my humble home the adequate level of T.L.C. How wrong I was. The service I received from Casa Mia was top quality. Staff were prompt and courteous and gave my house a thorough clean. I could not have been happier with the work carried out. I would not hesitate to recommend Casa Mia's cleaning services to anyone, for personal residence or business residence alike. Job well done!

• Excellent friendly service - highly reccomended!

  This is the fifth time I have used Casa Mia to spring clean my home and yet again I am delighted with the results! They have hoovered, dusted and polished every corner in my house and I only wish I could have them in every week! Keep up the good work!
