I had a product delivered that was the wrong item. It was also falling out of its box but that can't be blamed completely on the company. Anyhow, it took about 10/11 phone calls to chase them, in fact to force them into action at every single step required in order to get this incorrect item collected, to check on a replacement, to then get a refund (as no correct item was available) and to then keep chasing for the refund to actually be made. I wasted a day of work as the item wasn't collected when I was told and at no point was there any kind of apology. The whole experience was nothing but a lot of unwanted stress and it was so painfully predictable after the 3rd or 4th call that I was going to need to chase them on every single action. So they get 1 star for being reliably and consistently bad in terms of their customer service. Worst experience on-line in over 10 years.
