Aftercare- what a laugh

The sales assistant was pushy and over bearing, my husband and I were bullied into buying a rise and recline chair but then when we left the shop we cancelled because we felt they had not made any effort. Then the 'area manager' telephoned to say that they were going to keep the deposit as the goods had been ordered already - it had only been 5 minutes for heavens sake. Avoid this shop - their attitude was awful!
