  I sent an ipod for repair to this company, they never replied to emails, never returned calls and when I phoned their number I was referred to another number which then told me to leave a message or phone the first number! They hung on to the ipod for two months, (30/7/09 - 28/9/9) I was so desperate to get a response that I actually travelled to their business address only to be told they had gone and they were working from home. After managing to get the wife's mobile number I was told that 'It was beyond economical repair' and if I wanted it back I would have to pay £31.40. This is just another instance of a husband and wife hiding behind a glossy website whilst doing the repairs on the kitchen table and lest anyone should think I'm running them down because they aren't a national company I'd like to say that the ipod was sent for repair to another small company, this was: iPod Services Ltd (www.cheapestukipodrepairs.com) I posted it to them and within twelve hours they phoned to say it was repaired plus a new battery and they only wanted £33.90 including special delivery! I don't write reviews for a hobby, this is the first and I have plenty of other things to do, but I felt this needed to be said as I felt treated with contempt and the actions of this company can only be described as arrogant.
