They were sellers's solicitor and we were buyers. Had to chase them up for every single piece of documents. We were waiting for inquires to come back from them 4 weeks and our solicitor was chasing them every week! On the day of exchange and completion they suddenly didn't have one missing document that could have been requested 2 weeks before! On the day of exchange they let us know about it but nothing mentioned before! Is it difficult to prepare all paperwork in advance and check it through? That's their job!That slowed down all process very much. Very upseting, stressful experience and lack of any profesionalism. Very slow in communication and work like it doesn't matter if they act slow or fast but just like they want to. DO NOT recommend to anyone!
